By letting the cleaners do the “heavy lifting” of the work, the mildew and fungus (black and green) stains change color from being eliminated and also loosen their grip on the deck surface along with dirt binding to the soaps and cleaners. All that remains is to rinse it off the surface…from an effective but non-harming rinse that won’t leave marks on your deck.
